By signing this contract, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions: The photographer will provide services as outlined in the agreement, and the client agrees to cooperate in a timely manner. The client is responsible for arriving on time, and any delays may result cancellation of/or shortened session. The photographer is not responsible for any issues caused by the client, including mishaps, uncooperation of clients including children, or the clients personal scheduling conflicts. Photos will be delivered within the agreed-upon time frame, within two weeks of the scheduled photoshoot, unless otherwise specified. You will receive 20 edited images within a digital album for your disclosure to print and share the images. There will be no refund unless the weather was conflicting. A $25 non-refundable deposit is necessary to claim your desired time slot, with the rest of the session price being due by the date and time of the scheduled photoshoot. Failure to pay before your session will result in cancellation of your session with no exceptions unless otherwise discussed. The client acknowledges that the photographer retains the right to use the images for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes. Cancellation of your scheduled time frame is allowed within 1 week prior notice, any cancellation afterwards will result in an fee of $50.
